Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above INR 999.

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delays

Orin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, Orin cannot guarantee order retrieval once shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@orin.online with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
